SoHo Luxury Remodel
In the heart of Manhattan’s most iconic neighborhood, we transformed a classic Soho footprint into a sanctuary of meticulous craft. This high-end residential renovation was built on the principle of "seamless luxury"—where every line serves a purpose.
The kitchen serves as the home’s sculptural centerpiece, featuring custom cabinetry with integrated appliance panels that disappear into the architecture. Waterfall marble countertops flow effortlessly into a matching backsplash, providing a bold, monolithic contrast to the warmth of the hand-laid herringbone oak flooring.
Throughout the residence, custom built-ins and a bespoke fireplace mantel provide functional art, while the primary bath offers a retreat-like experience with radiant heated floors and a striking standalone soaking tub. This isn't just a renovation; it’s a tailored environment designed for the discerning eye.

Warm, timeless, and meticulously finished, this kitchen balances classic detailing with a clean, modern feel. Soft off-white cabinetry with subtle glazing and stepped crown molding brings depth and elegance without feeling heavy. The raised panel doors and polished nickel hardware reinforce a traditional look while keeping everything crisp and current.
Cool gray tones in the linear mosaic backsplash and large format floor tile ground the space and add just enough contrast against the light cabinetry and quartz countertops. The counters carry a gentle veining that keeps them from feeling stark, tying seamlessly into the stainless steel appliances and streamlined fixtures.
